History:
The Fujifilm Discovery 270 Zoom (a.k.a DL-270 Zoom) is a 35mm compact zoom camera released in 1994 from Fujifilm (a.k.a Fuji). Fuji began producing cameras in 1948 with the Fujica Six. Until the late 1970s, Fujifilms's cameras were called "Fujica" -a contraction of Fuji and camera. The Discovery 270 Zoom is equipped with a Fujinon lens. Fujifilm had created the purest glass that was achievable at the time—using expensive platinum cauldrons.
