Konica Minolta released the Minolta 110 Zoom Date point-and-shoot in 2003. The notorious artist, photographer, and poet Ren Hang used a Minolta 110 Date for most of his inside work to give all of his images a distinctive look. Initially not intended for professional photography, you can see how innovative Ren Hang was as a creator. The Zoom 110 Date automatically controls focus and exposure and automatically turns on the flash when in low-lighting. The active AF system is fast and accurate, even with low contrast subjects. The programmed auto-exposure system ensures precise, well-exposed images.
